Where's season 1?!,
By A Customer
This review is from: Scooby-Doo: Winter Wonderdog (DVD)
Why continue to mix up episodes to appeal to kiddies? Fans of the generation are the ones who are spending money on these DVDs and duplication of episodes, inclusion of Scrappy episodes and jumping between seasons just doesn't cut it. As has been said, I've seen That's Snow Ghost on 3 of the compilation DVDs. And please don't continue to call previews for other scooby videos "special features!" Bring out a decent cult DVD!

Good DVD but warner brothers...,

I love the theme, scooby, winter and Christmas. Great episodes but as usual Warner left out An Episode. Scooby-Doo Meets Laurel and Hardy has all the elements, winter,a snow ghost,Scooby singing jingle bells. It should have been included but of course wasn't. 3 stars only due to warners cheapness, other wise would have been 5. Come on Warners! I could do a better job marketing your Dvd's.

Scooby Doo Winter Wonder Dog A REAL Review!!!,
This review is from: Scooby-Doo: Winter Wonderdog (DVD)
I first want to say that I don't know why other reviews for other Scooby Doo DVD's on the listing for this one; but this is a review for Scooby Doo Winter Wonder Dog!!!
I think this is one of the better DVD collection of Scooby Doo for the simple reason that it spans some of the great Scooby Doo episodes that HB or WB (Hanna Barbara or Warner Bros, don't know who is releasing them off top of my head) have yet to release in a season collection. As an avid Scooby Doo fan who would love to have the entire collection up to What's New Scooby Doo? We just are not getting anywhere with a re-release of the first three seasons in volumes. Anyway, back to this DVD: Episodes: The NutCracker Scoob: the only episode from The New Scooby Doo Show on DVD thus far. The fun filled Christmas episode, truly one of a kind. Also on VHS. Alaskan King Coward: Yet to be a release in the Scooby Doo/Richie Rich series, but yes a trio episode, only 15 mins long. Couldn't they compile at least one more along with this one? A Scary Night With A Snow Beast Fright: A good episode from the Scooby Doo/Dynomutt hour. That's Snow Ghost: Classic episode but released like a million times already. It's a really good collection but I also feel there could be more. If I'm not mistaken, wasn't there an episode from the 13 Ghosts of Scooby Doo that was wintered themed like these? Bottom Line: A great collection for the family that will also get you in the Christmas mood!!! Finally: A shout out for the continuation of the Scooby Doo series to be released on DVD, but the other series!!!

"Winter Wonderdog" is a neat-o DVD.,
This review is from: Scooby-Doo: Winter Wonderdog (DVD)
I've finally gotten a DVD player for Christmas, and I am delighted. This is one of the four DVDs that I have gotten to go along with it. This is somethin' else. There is a neat little menu with festive music playing where you never have to worry about hurrying to decide what part you want to watch on it. By the way, while I'm at it, I might as well you about some of the special features that they've failed to mention. On this DVD, there are the four episodes along with English, Spanish, and French languages and subtitles. Perfect if you want to learn another language. There are also trailers and coming attractions.Extras including Scooby-Doo and Scrappy-Doo music videos, quick lessons on how to draw Scooby-Doo and the gang and much more. The colors on this DVD are incredible as well as the sound. You'll love Scooby even more. If you're a Scooby fan, this is one you must have. I guarantee you won't be disappointed. Little kids ought to love this. Scooby-Dooby-Doo!!

Stop Releasing Duplicate episodes!,
By A Customer
This review is from: Scooby-Doo: Winter Wonderdog (DVD)
This DVD is OK, However Warner released That's snow Ghost again. They shouldn't have put that in creepiest capers. They could of put more episodes on the disc. It is nice to have the Christmas Special on it though. And I also liked how they mixed them up from all different years. They should of put another episode in Creepiest Capers and saved that's Snow Ghost in this winter one. That way Scooby-Fans could have more stories on DVD. I also didn't like the fact that it just ran into a cartoon with out the opening. They put a duplicate show on this disc and they cut off half of a Scooby & Scrappy Show. They showed 3 cartoons per half hour. I felt jipped and they shouldn't be charging this much for this disc. It should be [less expensive]

Great video for children and adult Scooby Doo fans. The adventures take place during winter and the holidays. Scrappy Doo (Scooby's nephew) even tags along for a few of the adventures. Scooby Doo and the gang continue on the quest to dispel the notion that ghosts exist. My child loves the tape, and has probably seen it twenty times since it arrived. Good, wholesome, fun.

stick to the complete season release,
This review is from: Scooby-Doo: Winter Wonderdog (DVD)
while this is a ok release, even my kids agree that the ones with scrapy doo are just no good. it was the introduction of scarpy doo that spelled the end of saturday morning cartoons. why this hated little dog was added to the show i'll never know, but it says something that the live action movie used this little runt as the bad guy. no one i have ever met likes scrapy and my boys will not watch any of the movies or shows with him in it. as for the other shows on the disc you can find them on the complete 1st and 2nd season releaseand the othe one from the new scooby doo show in the late 70's may be on the scooby doo dinomutt show release. scrapy is just the worst cartoon ever created and almost did what no one has been able to do, kill off scooby dooand it's worth noteing that the new what's new scooby doo does not have scrapy(we used to call him crapy when i was growing up) in it!!!!!!!!

A Kid's Review
This review is from: Scooby-Doo - Winter Wonderdog [VHS] (VHS Tape)
in my school we saw this video and it was very fun.i really like the episodes when shaggy and scooby and scrappy try to get some tresure and then theres a monster and shaggy and scooby and scrappy try to lose it but it keeps on geting them.also i like the part in the episode when shaggy and scooby and scrappy try to lose him by going into a billboard but scooby sneezes and then the monster gets them.i really laughed at that part! warning:if you only like that snow ghost episode you don't have to get the dvd you can get it on video too!by the way your gonna be happy by the time you get this dvd i really promise.so get this dvd if you like scooby doo a real lot.

this show was ok but they are nothing like the originals as I feel these are more scary for kids. Have put it away for a few more years until they get older.
