The recipes in this book are truly amazing. If you want delicious, easy, fun, fast, nutritious cooking ideas... then this is the best cookbook option. All the recipes that I have tried so far work beautifully. I just did the "artichoke bake" last night as a really easy side dish (about one minute of prep). The whole family loved it. My kids love all the stromboli ideas. I think this is genuinely a revolutionary cookbook idea... take healthy things from the delicious mediterranean bar and create easy, crowd-pleasing meals. I can't wait to cook my way through this book.
