Pump is inserted into the pocket from the inside of the shirt, with complete access from the outside for bolusing. All tubing stays underneath and out of your way. I own a dozen of these. They are so comfortable. Easy to sleep in and the pouch is perfect. Don't hesitate to buy, you will be so glad that you did. The size is great. I wear a size 14 and i have room left over. I love these. The colors are beautiful. They make wearing a pump a no hassle.
