I have not found anything to work with this game other than an external keyboard. Even though my laptop is well over the minimum requirements, even the laptop keyboard won't work with this game. I had to plug in an external keyboard. I have a game racing wheel, a game pad and a joystick and none of those will work with it. I think it could be a fun game if they had done a better job with the control aspect. I can't even find the game on the activision website to see if they have a patch for it. I am very disappointed

The last time I bought a game that did not support any type of controller (joysticks, wheels, game-pads, etc) was back in the Windows 95/DOS days. With this game you can only use your keyboard! Save your money, buy something else! To make matters worse this game didn't even run right. As soon as I went to start a race the game crashed. I will never buy a game from Activision again! I contacted them for support and first got this runaround about this being some other brand of Activision product (like it matters that it may be from a "sister" brand, it still sucks and I will boycott them from now on) even though the box and ad had the name Activision on it! Support was a waste of time except that's where I found out that this trash does not have controller support. This was a total rip-off in my opinion and their cop-out (Activision's) saying that this game is something like an "Activision-Select" title just implies that they use the Activision name to sell the product then try to claim it's from somewhere else (like it's not their fault that it sucks!). Save yourself the aggravation and disappointment I had, STAY AWAY from this garbage!

The game won't load so I'll be sending it back. I clicked on "Install", tried other round about methods. NOTHING!

A company that would market a racing game that will not work with a steering wheel is ....evil?....stupid?....well at least one that I will never buy any thing marketed from them again....if they are still in business. If they are then there are a lot more suckers out there besides me.

Have a wireless ps3 control that i use on my computer and the baja 1000 Pc work with it. It a great family game you can have multiplayer mode so you and a friend can race. It works with windows 7 you just have to wait about 20 minutes for windows 7 to install it, but that the only draw back. You can play it on your computer without ever having to used the disk again.
