The fluid provided was insufficient. You can solve the problem by using rubbing alcohol and purchasing an eyedropper to measure the fluid. Otherwise, the cleaner works fine.

There are some things you shouldn't buy through a reseller. The Scotch VCR Head Cleaner I purchased through an independent vendor on the Amazon.com site arrived with the alcohol tube broken and empty.
