This is an unappreciated classic. I would classify any Scott Ross CD as one, but maybe this is the best. This box set is maybe the best baroque harpsichord recording ever, hands down. Expensive but well worth it considering how much you get. Bach, Handel, Scarlatti, everything essential is here. And excellent audio quality on these discs.

Scott Ross was brilliant, also a mycologist among other pursuits. I'm amazed and wonder how he accomplished so much in his short life. He died tragically too young, but I'm glad I discovered him.
