Stamps of Great Britain and the British Commonwealth area are responsible for almost 24,000 of the value changes in Volume 3, and the German area takes up another big chunk with more than 12,000 value changes. Greece, the Italian area, modern Africa, Iceland, Latin America and the Middle East follow the big two.
