More than 35,000 value changes were recorded in Volume 3, which covers countries of the world G-I. The changes are spread throughout most of the countries of the volume, and almost all of the changes are upward value revisions. 14,000 value changes were recorded in the British Commonwealth countries, with Great Britain leading the charge.
