I have always hated the Scott Catalog being in black and white because sometimes the only way to tell the difference in a stamp is knowing the color. Now the catalog is in color and I purchased it from the library when they discarded a year after it was published. I didn't care. I just wanted a color version for myself so I could tell what I was looking at in the catalog against what I was holding in my hand. I didn't have nor did I need the CD. I wanted the hard copy. I probably won't purchase another one for a couple of years but this will do for now.
