This book is intended for preschool to grade 2 children. The reading level is for Kindergarten to grade 1. It is an easy-reader book with very simple text and bright color photographs.

I was excited to order this book and read it and read it I did, in about 2 minutes. It has very cute pictures, but very very basic information and I was disappointed I paid $18 for this book. I am a future owner of 2 Scottish Fold kittens and this book was just a waste, except for some cute pictures.
Hopefully the other books I bought won't be such a disappointment.
