This is the best mix of excellent Scottish traditional music I've found, quite authentic. The hair on your bristly back may rise when you listen the to "The Highland Muster Roll," calling out the clans to battle; a treasure. I also highly recommend, besides fine single-malt Islay whisky, Ardbeg 10 Year Old, the series A History of Scotland, and mysteries of Hamish MacBeth: Series 1-3 Collection. This album includes a song of selkies, as well as many other lyrical classics, you simply can't go wrong. Finding quality Irish music too was a challenge, this is a standout: Memory Lane. Enjoy!
