I've loved this for years for my wood dining table. Even has removed heat and water marks on the wood that I thought would never come out. However, it's newest WOW discovery was that it cleans the greasy finger prints and water marks off of my stainless fridge like an absolute dream! I have been using stainless cleaner and it didn't even touch the water marks, and barely removed the greasy prints. One quick spray and wipe with Liquid Gold and the fridge looks like new, water & fingerprints completely removed with no elbow grease needed! I just threw the specialty and expensive stainless cleaner in the trash, and bought another can of Liquid Gold!

Scott's Liquid Gold wood cleaner is wonderful. We have a lot of wood in our house, and we live in a rather dry, arid climate. It cleans, restores the shine and preserves the wood beautifully. I have not been able to buy it off the shelf of late, so did an internet search. Amazon has everything!!!

I use this on the oak parquet floors in my kitchen. They get a lot of traffic -- people and pets -- and still look great. I also use it on my oak table top and any other "naturally finished" wood -- that means any finish with natural ingredients, including shellac but not polyurethane. It keeps traditional wood finishes looking fabulous. I highly recommend it!

I bought this preservative to protect a table I purchased from Crate and Barrel. I didn't like that it darkened the wood, but I'm waiting to see if it will lighten once dry. The label says that it also cleans stainless steel and brass. I sprayed it on a clean cotton towel and started to clean my stainless steel appliances. This stuff is amazing! A few light swipes and all the streaks and finger prints were gone! I've tried many other products, but they all left annoying streaks. My appliances and stainless steel sink all look amazing. I will never use anything else on them again.

I have been using Scott's Liquid Gold for years on my oak and ash cabinetry. Though you have to use a bit of elbow grease to clean visibly soiled cabinets (especially around the knobs and handles where your hands come in constant contact with the wood), the end result is a shiny and fresh glow on even your oldest cabinets. The oil fills in scuffs and scratches too and revitalizes dry looking old wood. I like the fresh, clean scent too. You can see how effective the cleaning is by how grimy the applicator towel becomes.

My neighbors, who all have kitchen cabinets of the same vintage as ours, ask whether we've had our cabinets professionally refinished whenever they see my kitchen.

This truly is a 5-star product.

I tried a few products before this one on my 30 year old piano. Some products actually stripped the finish leaving it looking worse than before. Scott's Liquid Gold left my piano looking fabulous. For some reason now I can't find this in local stores. I was thrilled that it was so easy to order on Amazon! Make sure to test a small area on your wood before spraying a large area. Love this product!

I use the pourable Liquid Gold, not the type in an aerosol can.

Most of the furniture I own is quite old - family pieces or antiques that are just as old. Therefore, I worry about them drying out too much as time passes.

The Liquid Gold does the trick. It makes the wood smell really good and gives it a lovely shine. It improves the appearance of, shall we say, lower quality wood items. I purchased our 120 gallon fish tank used. It's on a pine base and was fairly cheap looking when I got it, but the oil darkens up the wood a bit and evens out the appearance. It has also perked up a slightly battered washstand and a converted radio cabinet that we use as night stands.

On several occasions I have flipped my 70 yr old dining room table over and drizzled liberal amounts on the underside (done this with other items, too). Then I leave it sit overnight and it all soaks in. I'll also use a liberal amount on surfaces and let it soak in overnight, just wiping off whatever little bits are still there the next day. I've also used it to good effect on pine paneled walls.

We got a long, thin scratch on our brand new bamboo flooring, so I tried the Liquid Gold, not expecting a fix. But the scratch is now invisible unless you know where to look and the light hits it just so!

Scotts Liquid Gold is the best wood cleaner I have used. It revitalizes the wood but any surface residue disappears quickly.
