Really a length extender
bought the Scotty Triple mount for my sit on top kayak. Have a fishfinder in the center mount. I bought this extender to allow the Scotty Rodholder I purchased to reach back closer to my seated position. Excellent quality.

Beware
The photo for this product shows it as a complete unit including the rod holder. That is not what you get. All you get is the extension arm and a clamp screw. Wish I had known that before spending $18.
