Product Description

Scotty #369-BK Fly Rod Holder features an innovative compact design allowing hands free trolling with a fly rod. Fully adjustable and includes a safety strap, even works well with "short butt" fly rods. This holder is black and comes with a #242 Rail Mount Adapter that fits 7/8" and 1" diameter round rails and 1" square rails. Stainless steel fasteners are included.

As I suspected, the unit is not as shown in the product photo. The clamp shown in the product photo is a #249. What is being shipped is a #449 as fully identified in the written information. I haven't used it yet. I hope the plastic clamp is adequate.
