Scotty Powerlock Black Rod Holder with 244 Flush Deck Mount. I ordered several to use rigging Kayaks. For flush mounting to deck with out having to drill a big hole thru the deck. Requires Four holes for screws which are not Provided.

Purchased two for my Tarpon 160i kayak. They fit perfectly. Well made. Would recommend them to anyone who fishes in a kayak.
