Insulated bag,

This bag didn't quite fulfill all my needs. When I use this bag for traveling, I can definitely fit a lot of food, which is why I purchased the bag. My wishes for the manufacturer is to have a sturdy shoulder strap...the current straps are hard on the hands, especially when loaded with heavy refridgerated items. I was also somewhat disppointed that there were gaps at the top of the bag with the zipper. This bag does not keep things fully frozen except dense meats for a 3 hour car ride. With a mixture of frozen, and refridgerated foods, it does keep things cold enough for my needs.
