I am an Eagle Scout and have used this book as a starting point for new Scout advancement in my troop. For starters of new troops or SMs of struggling troops, this is a great resource for you This product has my full recommendation.

I used this book when I was in the scouts. Being young I failed to see the book for what it is and abused mine and lost it over time. I found this one and it was like getting and old friend back. Very happy with the book and its in near perfect condition.

this is an earlier version of the Scout Handbook. My Son, an assistant scoutmaster, finds it contains more useful detail on some subjects, than the newer ones...and his original copy is worn and written in...so to have this version and a clean copy no less is a bonus when instructing the boys.
