The only major complaint I have about this board is how it rotates. Some friends of mine have a real deal turntable board, which is a lot nicer than this one.
Problem is, there are wheels on the bottom of this board that allow it to rotate, it is not like the turntable style. Not a huge deal, but if you're used to playing on a nicer board it may annoy you.
Another minor problem I have with this board is the pink vinyl adhesive on my board was not properly aligned when I received it, again not a big deal, but for this price you would think they could put some effort into making it look right.
If money is not an issue, buy a board with a turntable. If you're looking for a decent cheaper board, go for this one.

Love the pink!! The board and tile holders are beautiful and the kids love the way the board turns. Perfect girly girl game/gift. Even the letter pouch is a pretty purple.
