swamp zombies were a one of those bands whose videos MTV only saw fit to play once, and i was lucky enough to see that once. with that catchy "paul is a creep, and becky is a creep, and jake is a creep i think" i was instantly in love. the acoustic musianship should appeal to rockabilly, shockabilly, pyschobilly, and swing fans, and on thier album spunk they explore more lounge sounds. the lyrics are well written funny(TMBGesque)about life in the boondocks, strange girls they know, and roadtriping. TMBG is really the closest band i can compare them to and that is not fair to the swamp zombies, as they are alot more fun. come on guys rerelease this stuff. Their are a few i still need.

...but I think I like it.

I actually have Scratch and Sniff Car Crash, not on CD, not even on cassette, but on friggin VINYL. It's great. There's really a scratch and sniff sticker on the jacket. It smells like asphalt.

I also have "A Frenzy of Music and Action" but that one IS on CD.

Yeah, I like em. I wanna be friends with em.

Music theory coming out the whazoo with theses guys.
