Everybody loves a sequel. Especially if it's a sequel to a blockbuster on the order of SCREAM, a postmodern slasher flick that played off the traditional horror movie cliches while simultaneously honoring them. Its successor does much the same, ... Full Descriptionand is accompanied by a sharp, eclectic soundtrack that features some of the hottest artists around. Listening to SCREAM 2 is like station-surfing your local FM radio. Stylistic variety abounds from one cut to the next. There's the funky folk-rock of the Dave Matthews Band, the neo-soul of D'Angelo, the '90s AOR of Collective Soul and lots more to satisfy even the most demanding listener.

the cd is terriffic and so is the movie.the best songs are "she said","the swing","rivers",and more.so buy the cd and the movie

The Song "The Swing" is the second best song that they sing. BUY BUY BUY

I don't think all of the songs on the album are great, and the overall album is not as good as the Scream soundtrack, but there are some great songs on this. My favorite is Your Lucky Day in Hell by the Eels. The Kottonmouth Kings "Suburban life" is another good song as is the contribution by the Dave Matthews Band. I think the music on this album is more popular and mainstream then that on the first album so I think it reaches a wider audience and is well worth buying.
