Dr. Alison Arnold uses her real-life experience to introduce a streamline no-nonsense approach to life development. She sprinkles in all kinds of quotes that are to the point and right on time. If you want something that speaks to everyone, this is the book for new and old road-less-traveled journey men and women. She speaks only from her experience, something kind of rare in these modern day guru-of-the-week times we live in.

Doc Ali is truly a Master. She travels the world to study with the greatest minds alive, and she shares her wealth of wisdom in this profound piece - which never leaves my desk. I use her words to remind me daily of the unnecessary suffering that I create, and how to dissolve it. This is positively a must have, and one of my favorite gifts for those I love.
