This is the best way to become screamfree. The Book Screamfree Parenting: The Revolutionary Approach to Raising Your Kids by Keeping Your Cool does provide a good overview of the material, but the video includes the author presenting the material in a lively and interactive format, with lots of real stories about actual parenting situations... much more than the book. The video also includes lots of actual questions from actual parents. It's all done live in front of a live audience of parents. It feels like you are there and you get so much more out of it that way. ScreamFree will change your life I swear to you.
