Fun and Original Party Game,

This game is truly different and engaging. Players watch a segment of a stunt or skit and then must bet on how the segment is going to end. Betting is done by moving small plastic sushi pieces into a bowl using chopsticks (this can be tricky). The video clips come directly from a Japanese game show and are highly entertaining. No one at our party could resist playing, everyone got into it and couldn't stop laughing. Most of the topics are oriented toward adults so I wouldn't recommend it for anyone under 12 or you'll end up explaining some content you might not want to go into with a kid.

Already a fan of the show, I received this game as a gift for Christmas and we havn't stopped playing it since. I does not matter if you have seen the show or not, it is so funny and addictive that everyone around wants to get involved.
The game play goes by fast enough to keep all entertained and seems to be designed to get everyone involved in playing. I recommend that this game be played by people 13 years of age and older because of some of the content.

I bought the game super cheap and I'm glad I didn't spend much. We played the game in a group of 3 couples who have had several cocktails. Now, usually 6 people drinking cocktails just makes every game better but in this case, it was just kinda dumb. I initially liked that we had little headbands to add to the fun but in essence you are just betting on dumb video clips with an asian voiced guy who isn't that funny but tries to be. I would pass on this game.

This game is just the very best. My boyfriend and I had a blast playing it by ourselves, but it was even more fun with a group of 6 (game has a 4-player max unless you partner-up). We threw a game-night thinking that we would play multiple games - instead we played Banzai for 6 hours. If you like loud, silly games - this is for you.

This is so funny and fun to play too. It gets really crazy. Only four people can play, and there are only so many video sequences, but if you miss the T.V. show as I do, then you will enjoy this game.

I do not really like the betting style, and if we play again-- we will likely change it because if someone is not good with chopsticks they just become frustrated about always losing their sushi. The videos were funny, but we were in 'happy spirits'. I am not sure it would have lasted as long with a sober crowd.
We like DVD games, betting games, groups games.. so others that trump this for us is 'Trivial Pursuit Bet You Know It', 'Scene It Squabble', 'Cranium', 'Taboo' (if they made new cards?!#?@!#), and favorite.. 'Apples to Apples'. |
