Jimmy Sangster is the author of 35 produced movie screenplays and a contributor to 18 networked television series. He now reveals the techniques, the know-how, and the creative tricks that propelled him to the top of his profession, both in England and later in Hollywood. The result is an invaluable course in the craft of cinema and television screenwriting, and a sometimes wry look at how films and TV shows actually get made.

Sangster is an old pro. He's framed three scripts with brief, very general comments about writing, and interesting war stories. If you want war stories, his other books are probably a better bet. If you want writing technique, seek it somewhere else.
