Well that sucked. Its so poorly manufactured that it didn't work.

I posted a picture of what the tip looks like. Because its really obvious. This is just zoom in to make it clear, but even a quick look at the bit and you can see it. Someone at the factory or the seller should check these for flaws. Because they are not hard to see.

Anyway I'm filing a complaint on Amazon and asking for my money back.

It is a bit cheap, like described by the other review. But as long as you keep this in mind and use the tool carefully, it will be ok. I used mine to open an N64 and it wore the teeth a bit, but it didnt ruin it. I dont expect to get too many more uses out of it before it's completely stripped out. But if you're planning on working on a few systems it's worth it.

It worked flawlesly on opening up my Game Cube. Had to use an adjustable bit screw driver to connect it to, but worked great. Exactly what I got it for.

I thought this bit would go down to the deepest screw in the virtual boy but it isn't long enough to reach the deepest two, it gets stuck if you try

Exactly as advertised and works well.Would highly reccommend to others.If you need one of these this is the place to get it.

I got this to open up my Motorola DCX3400 DVR from Time Warner. I upgraded the hard drive to a larger 1TB drive and this works to get the security screws off the back. Worked like a charm! Shipping was great too! Thanks!

I ordered the silver colored bit from Video Game Museum and it was great! It fits in my screwdriver and shows no signs of stripping even though I've used it a whole lot of times. [...]Shipping was pretty fast!

This tool was useless! It was too big to fit in the screw holes on the games and when I tried to open an old console, all I managed to do was damage the teeth on the tool,ruinning it!

Metal seems far too soft, mine stripped after the 2nd screw. If you are using it to unscrew a SNES or Super Famicom, DO NOT use a drill with it! Not only did it strip the bit but also the screws themselves. Genesis games however can easily be opened by hand with this.

I've used this bit to open 10 Genesis games (2 screws each). I've read that some people have trouble with the bit wearing out, so I've been using it by hand or in the handle of a (hand-powered) screwdriver that holds bits. It works fine and still has several good uses left in it.
