I have used most of their products over the years - from the original turn corkscrew to the really expensive lever models. This is a new twist (pardon the pun!) on the classic.

Somehow the pressure applied by this corkscrew will allow the most feeble cork to turn and lift.

The design can not be improved too much - so simple. This is the corkscrew everyone should use.

If you are a woman and have trouble opening wine bottles with other screwpulls, this one is for you. You don't need to be particularly strong, just stick it in and keep turning. The cork will come out by itself. They used to be less expensive, but still are a better option than those super expensive ones that can open your bottle really fast but take a lot of storage space.

This Screwpull set is a fine addition to anyone's corkscrew set. It's ease and, might I add, safety, are far above those of the average waiter's corkscrew.

I didn't by the set for the foilcutter, but I'm glade I did. It's simple, easy, and works like a charm. Easily a 5-star devise for 5-bucks.

The corkscrew is also the best I've used. It's easy, although is might be a tad more difficult with a weak grip (you need to keep the bottle from spinning). It easily lifts the cork from the bottle. My only complaint, and why I withheld the final star, is that the corkscrew does not always travel down the center of the cork. If it goes to the edges, the cork tends to break off little pieces into the wine. 4-stars, but since it's the bulk of the cost, the set also gets 4.

Would I buy again? You bet!

I rcvd mine today. No one has commented on the Redball; mine works great at removing the Cork from the Screw after the cork has been removed from the bottle, this model does this easily and with little effort. Ive had a lot of problems in the past getting the cork off of the screw (after removal), as it was on so tightly, and was often slick do to the moisture of the wine; this device overcomes that problem. It was also easy to remove the cork from the bottle.

Over the years I've used a variety of wine-bottle openers, and I've found the Screwpull design to be superior. After using a lower-priced model at a relative's, I decided to go up a notch to the Trilogy Table Model and could not be happier after using it for some months now. What could be simpler? You just stick the thing over the cork, turn the soft-grip handle to drive the screw into the cork, and keep turning until the cork pops out. To remove the cork from the screw you just hold the cork stationary and turn the handle counterclockwise. The puller fits easily on the included stand for storage, which ingeniously doubles as a foil cutter that works perfectly.

You can spend less for an opener and get less, or spend more and probably not get more for your money. I expect this is the last wine opener I'll ever have to buy, and I recommend it highly.

Purchased this after a long used Zyliss corkscrew gave up the ghost. I was happy with my purchase. Love the separate foil cutter, it works easily and well. Corkscrew itself is simple. My wife, who's a small person, has no trouble opening a bottle with this product. Worth the price.

Screwpull 500650010 Trilogy Table Corkscrew and Foil Cutter Gift Set is great. The cutter makes quick work of the foil to access the cork. The pull with the red ball makes cork extraction and removal a piece of cake.

This is a very easy way to open your wine. It doesn't take skill or strength. It looks great. My only complaint is that the corkscrew could click onto the cutter a little better.They often fall apart.

I heard about this company from a relative who has the basic, smaller model, and I bought this for my parents. But I had to try it out before I handed it off!

This wine opener is so great! It was easy to open the bottle of wine (I opened one with a synthetic cork--worked fine), and although it took me a second to adjust to not gripping tightly, cranking, and pulling a cork off, it wasn't a big deal. It was also easy to remove the cork from the opener, which is important.

The handle and sides have a nice grip on it, the foil cutter is great, and it sits in its little foil-cutter-stand securely. It's pretty light in terms of weight, which is okay for me, but some might be put off by the material's "flimsiness." I don't foresee it being a problem though since it's so easy to operate. A great buy!
