So worth the money.,

I was in a car accident and have trouble gripping, and also have pain and limited motion in my shoulders, so even using the wing-style cork screws were uncomfortable for me. I finally decided to splurge on an easy-to-use corkscrew. I'm so glad I bought this one.
You just place the corkscrew on the bottle, then turn the handle clockwise. It's big and rubber, and easy to turn & grip. The corkscrew goes down into the bottle, and actually lifts the cork out, as you continue to turn it clockwise. Then, to get the cork off of the corkscrew, you just turn the handle counter-clockwise. I'm so glad I splurged and quit struggling with cheap corkscrews. You do still need the use of both of your hands, one to squeeze the corkscrew against the bottle, and the other to turn the handle. But, it did not require much strength at all. It's also attractive, and comes in a sturdy plastic box, which is nice, as it won't get scratched up in my messy kitchen utensil drawer!

Screwpull, Screwpull, Screwpull - the only thing for corks!,

I have used most of their products over the years - from the original turn corkscrew to the really expensive lever models. This is a new twist (pardon the pun!) on the classic.
Somehow the pressure applied by this corkscrew will allow the most feeble cork to turn and lift. The design can not be improved too much - so simple. This is the corkscrew everyone should use.

Without a doubt, the best, easiest corkscrew you will EVER use!,
This review is from: Screwpull Trilogy Table Corkscrew (Kitchen)
Being a wine lover, I've used all kinds of corkscrews, from your basic twist model to the kind with the "wings" to the two-pronged kind. Finally, I received the Screwpull as a gift, and my search for the perfect corkscrew came to an end! As others have said, the Screwpull effortlessly lifts the cork up, so there's no actual "pulling" whatsoever--all you do is simiply turn the easy-to-use lever at the top of the device. In almost 10 years of usage, the Screwpull has never failed to easily and cleanly remove a cork; on the rare occasions when it had trouble removing the cork on the first try (probably because I started too close to the edge), simply starting over solved the problem. Spend a little more money to buy the Screwpull, and you'll never need to buy another corkscrew again; highly recommended!
