About the Author

Lynda Hudson, a former teacher, is a clinical hypnosis practitioner who specializes in working with children. She is a lecturer at The London College of Clinicial Hypnosis, Thames Medical Lectures, and the ISIS Hypnotherapy Centre in Brighton, England.

This wonderful book is a very useful resource for any therapist interested in helping children to heal and make their lives better.
I believe this book gives therapists tools to be able to offer valuable therapy and life skills which will not only help children to overcome their problem but also offer life skills that allow the child, who is the client, to move forward in life and face the future with positive living ideas and understandings, feelings of confidence and inner peace able to be maintained in times of change.

In a single volume Lynda Hudson has captured all the key points you need to know if you are offering hypnosis to children.

Her book is packed full of crucial information about working with children of all ages and she offers a treasure trove of practical advice on how to structure a session, pitfalls to avoid, and solutions to common problems.

Not only is this book easy to read, free from jargon and packed full of imaginative scripts, it also fills a much needed gap in our knowledge of children's hypnosis.

This book is a must have for anyone working in this field (or even just interested) and is worth every penny. It is easy to read yet contains useful, relevant and detailed information covering a significant range of topics. The scripts included are excellent - very easy to adapt to different hobbies for specific children or alter for different age ranges. I have already used this book several times and am sure I will refer to it continually in the future. It inspired me to do more hypnotherapy techniques with children.
