5.0 out of 5 stars INTERESTING CONCEPT.
Very creative subject for the scroll saw enthusiast. Will attempt later, when I feel I have mastered the use of the saw. Some projects included that are suitable for the beginner so don't be afraid to add this great book to your library.

I found a couple of nice pictures in this book but that was all. After buying several books like this and being deeply disappointed with the quality of the content, I finally bought the Coyote stencil shop software so I could make my own patterns which is now saving me a bundle from not having to buy these books for one or two patterns. Most of the patterns in these books look like a child drew them. Buy at your own risk, but I would not recommend it.

5.0 out of 5 stars Really Good Patterns For Scroll Saw, June 20, 2008
This review is from: Scroll Saw Portraits from the Wild West: Over 50 Patterns for Native Americans, Cowboys, and Buffalo (Paperback)
I have had this book for a couple of years now, and have used every pattern in the book. The patterns are really easy to use, and their is something in there for the beginner all the way to the expert. A slab of wood, tracing paper, and the pattern and you are ready to go. I highly recommend it for anyone that wants to make high quality works on a scroll saw.
