this great dvd took me around the world and showed me places in such a realistic and beautiful way that i really want to go see them now. the portait on truk lagoon was especially touching. a must for divers!

I just started diving this year and I'm so glad I found this!! It gave me ideas of places to go that I had never even heard of. The colors are so vibrant and the stories are very interesting, a mix of travel information, cool footage, and explanations about marine animals. My favorite show was the one on Wakatobi -- the pygmy seahorses are amazing. I look forward to the next DVD!

For divers, this is a fantastic DVD. It brought back some great memories of places I have been and showed some places I would love to visit. It was a very well done and enjoyable video.

We ordered this video since we were planning a dive trip to either Bonaire or Bahamas on the Nekton this year.... what a great find! This video covers both locations well, with underwater and topside information, serious and humorous at times, interviews and lots of dive site descriptions. The bonus is that the video covers so much more! In fact, there is so much on this DVD that we couldn't even watch it at one sitting.
My husband is a diving instructor and I work at a dive shop so all the dive destinations covered by Scubacore are discussed often - it was nice to find something we can both use to discuss with students/divers regarding where they should go for dive trips, what they will see, etc.
We love ScubaCore now and plan to order all their videos!

Excellent quality, value, scenery, etc
Similar videos are quite short, the videos in this series are a couple of hours and done very well

I bought ScubaCore Issue 1 because I wanted to check out the segment on Yap, and before I knew it two hours had done by and I had watched the entire DVD, special features and all. The next day I bought ScubaCore Issues 2 and 3, and enjoyed them just as much. The locations they show are really diverse, and having been to a few of those places, I can say that they are well-represented on the ScubaCore DVDs. The quality of the underwater cinematography is fantastic -- this is some of the most colorful underwater footage I have seen. Be sure to check out the special feature on sharks in Issue 3 -- it's obvious that these folks really care about the marine environment. I highly recommend these beautiful DVDs for divers and anyone who is interested in learning more about our oceans.
