Sculpt n’ Cleanse SIZE: 50 Capsules (450 mg) DIRECTIONS: Take one or more capsules on an empty stomach (30 min. before or 2 hours after meals) WITH 12 OZ. OF WATER. Start with 1-2 capsules a day and gradually increase until you have 2-4 bowel movements a day. It is best to spread the dosage out 2 times during the day – morning and evening (i.e. 1 and 1, 2 and 2, etc.). MAKE SURE TO DRINK AT LEAST 8 GLASSES OF WATER A DAY WHEN CLEANSING. Store in a cool dry place. Do not use if seal is broken. Keep out of direct sunlight. CAUTION: KEEP OUT OF THE REACH OF CHILDREN. DO NOT USE when abdominal pain, nausea or vomiting are present; or if you have had recent intestinal surgery or any history of intestinal obstruction, without the supervision and direction of a licensed health care professional. Rectal bleeding or failure to have a bowel movement may indicate a serious condition, discontinue use and consult your doctor. Consult with your physician if you have chronic constipation. NOTICE: This product contains aloe, rhubarb, cascara sagrada, and senna. Read and follow directions carefully. Do not use if you have or develop diarrhea, loose stools, or abdominal pain because aloe, rhubarb, cascara sagrada and senna may worsen these conditions and be harmful to your health. My trainer recommend I use it because I had reached a plateau in my weight loss. It worked great, however, my trainer stated to only use it one week every 4-6 months. Recommend you drink a lot of water and start eating healthy before starting.

Sculpt & Cleanse is a wonderful product. I always keep it handy. You can use it for a few weeks to lose a few extra pounds, to cleanse your system or you can use it if you are constipated or if you over ate and want to get your system flushed. It takes about 8 hours to work and it is mild. I used to be able to get it in my local Vitamin store although they have stopped carrying it.

my name is Ms miller and i have used this product for about 2 years now. i also have referred this product to some co-workers. i showed them a picture of what i looked before i tryed this product and they were truley amazed. several of my friends are also using it right now. they have other colon cleansers out their on the market but they do not compare to health direct colon cleanser formula.. as a matter of fact i had first bought this product from a health store but went back to get more and they no longer carried health direct colon cleanser formula. they tried to sell me something else but i refused to buy. I know this product works for a fact because i am living proof. i would recommend this product to anyone. please continue to sell this product. thanks ms .miller

Very effective cleanser
I have been using this cleanser for years and for me it works. You need to find the amount to take that works with your body. I take one pill at night and it works for me.

Not all that great

For IBS-C
I know this is supposed to be for colon cleansing however I use it for IBS with constipation. There is definately a lack of products (good one) to address this problem. Read more
