5.0 out of 5 stars From the Streetz
This is a bangin' Album. At first i was worried this albuum would be a pop-rap album like his first 1 but he takes it back to the streetz on this 1. He isn't a very good sounding mc but he has good punchlines and amazing production. I would go out and get this album, almost all the songs on this disk could be a single. ....

3.0 out of 5 stars One Of The Very Few Cam'ron Albums That Was Good (Rating: 7 out of 10- -3.5 stars)
I really used to like Cam'ron before he became lazy with his flow and putting out albums with washed up concepts. This album Sports Drugs & Entertainment (S.D.E.) may be considered his best solo album in his career. First thing was that he tightened up his flow than he had on Confessions of Fire, whereas on most of the songs there he had that DMX sounding flow. Second was...

This album so for will and better be known to the world as "Cam at his greatest". S.D.E. (Sports,Drugs and Entetainment) is the best that I've heard Cam go hard on. If anyone out there ever slept on this album , take a listen then you'll know that Cam is serious. I believe this is why people think Cam fell off now because they know what he did in these times. I ask the question, Why do you think that Killa was recognized by B.I.G. people at the time? You may think hookups but I say Diamond in the ruff. Klassic, LET ME KNOW...

This album has literaly left me speechless. I've never heard a rap album with this sort of meaning in it. A lot of his songs are about where he grew up and when he looks back on his life, he wonders if he would do all the stuff that he did again. Also there's a few songs about him contemplating suicide, but then someones tells him you have a lot to live for, so he doesn't go through with it. The beats are probably my favorite on the album. They are unlike any others I've heard and almost all of them are addicting, like you want to listen to them over and over, especially track # 18. This CD is a must have for any rap or hip-hop fan in general.

Cam'ron caught the eyes of several hip hop fans with his debut, "Confessions Of Fire". Everyone knew him by his nickname Killa Cam and he was known from the DJ Clue mixtapes and other freestyles and songs he had been on. When his CD was released though it sounded like the Cam'rom was taking over because there were a lot of pop tracks as well as songs that you wouldn't expect to hear from Killa Cam. On DJ Clue's "The Professional", Cam'ron gaves us an example of his real potential with the song "Fantastic 4" featuring Big Pun, Noreaga, & Canibus. On his 2nd disc, "S.D.E." Cam'ron is trying to bring back the street aspect of his career. His 1st single, "What Means The World To You" is classic Cam'ron. The song has more of a street affect to it unlike a song like "Horse And Carriage" from his last CD. I liked "Horse And Carriage" but you don't associate that song with Cam'ron. He can do better. Cam'ron has a few hip hop classics on this CD: "That's Me", "Losin' Weight" w/Prodigy of Mobb Deep and "Let Me Know". The best song on this CD, however is the tight collaboration between Cam'ron and Dutch & Spade of Major Figgas, "Where I'm From". This is the tightest verse I have ever heard from Cam'ron in his entire rap career. Overall this CD is good, but songs like "Do It Again" w/Destiny's Child could have been left off the CD. Any fan of Cam'ron's 1st disc should enjoy "S.D.E."

Killa Cam has got my attention. That's who you want watching your back! Dude is honest. With this new album, he proves he's better than prodigy(HNIC) and NATURE. The title song produced by Ron G has a BIG sample for the hook (if you heard COF- then you need to hear this joint) . Buy this CD even if you already own a bootleg, there's 3 new songs- one is trackmasters. . Support untertainment. Camron is the best.
