Rock and Roll has been dead for far too long. In 2007 The Gaslight Anthem released their debut album "Sink Or Swim" and everyone fortunate enough to hear it, instantly fell in love with it. "Sink Or Swim" was so good many fans were worried that there would be no way they could keep up the pace. The fans were wrong. Senor and The Queen is wonderful!

My favorite track is Blue Jeans and White T-Shirts, but there is not a bad track on this EP (in fact, TGA has yet to release a bad track).

If you have not heard TGA before and are wondering which CD to get, here is my advice... BUY THEM BOTH. "Sink or Swim" was my album of the year and I know "Senor and The Queen" will dominate 2008.

Lastly, as good as they are on CD, they are even better live! There are no fireworks, no coordinated dance moves and no flashy outfits... just good pure ROCK AND ROLL!

Definitely grows on you. Great lyrics, great musicians, great vocals. Good all around song writing band. Not too many bands like this left around anymore. It's sad really. You wont hear these guys on the radio. They are too good.
