Son mi grupo favorito de música. Son lo mejor,sigan con ese entusiamo y amor por la música aunque ahora solo sea cada uno en lo suyo. "Somos hermanos porque llevamos en el sentimiento y tocamos para recordar lo que fue vivir y que salgan de esta manera los sentimientos en que nos desenvolvemos diariamente, aunque nos llamen LOCOS por haber visto más allá de los demás, no importa siempre poseemos ese libre sentimento que nos diferencia y una vez como puede alguien tan especial (ALUXES) cambiar de la noche a la mañana! VUELVAN!.

Perhaps the fans wanted a good-bye tour and a double-live CD, etc. before they said farewell to their band. This product is
good, sounds good and it is interesting and hopefully will get
people to get the early albums. The first two (ALUX NAHUAL &
CONQUISTA) are excellent!, raw, fresh and independently unfashionable; early Alux had a style that sounded familiar,
local and foreign at once, from a Guatemalan theater to an
Amsterdam festival, this band captured the spirit of the land
and turned it into music that rocked!. The few derailments into
pop/top40 cannot overshadow the escence of the band's style, which is present [and at times too absent] on the later albums.
GRACIAS ALUX!, adios cuates! and thank you for the 20years of
music, memories and for singing about that little piece of land
in the middle of America. Although an Acoustic/unplugged album
would complete the collection.

He escuchado casi toda la musica de los aluxes y tambien los escuche en vivo en el Teatro al Aire Libre del Gran Teatro Nacional de Guatemala en el '82, siempre tuve la impresion de que sonaban a veces como "Jethro Thull" y en este album lo vuelben a ser con esa Flauta Magica de Conde. Todo el Album es una Magistral Interpretacion de la Musica de Alux Nahual y aunque ya no esten forman parte escencial de mi coleccion .
