I bought this fixture almost 2 years ago. It looks very nice and puts out a nice light, but it is in a bathroom. Bathrooms will have some humidity of course. The fixture finish corroded rather quickly It's at the point now I need to replace it because it looks so bad. I do have adequate ventilation but it hasn't kept the finish from looking so bad. After paying what I paid for this, I expected it to last longer.

I have to say that this is a truly beautiful bargain! I was set on a price that seamed reasonable for a light for a basement bathroom that gets minimal use and this one fits the bill completely. It is surprisingly well made and even the chrome portions are covered in peel-off plastic so you won't mess it up while test fitting. Installation was a breeze.
The only thing i would have liked more would be if the ornate light coverings (diffusers) were actually made from glass, as opposed to acrylic. Plastic just feels "cheap" to me, hence, look at the price of the light. all things considered, the diffusers that cover the lights look gorgeous and disperse light evenly. I highly recommend this light fixture.

The real reason I bought it was that the electrician installed the fixtures wiring off-center and a vanity bar with this much wall covering easily conceals his error. you can drill openings in the hidden back plate to your satisfaction because all wiring and mounting holes are concealed upon installation. That's what makes this vanity light truly special. It can conceal gaping holes or poorly set wiring and look beautiful doing it.
