I just want to let everyone know how adorable this set is. I wanted to do an aquarium theme for our baby and of course couldn't wait until I found out the sex. This set is perfect for girl or boy. Especially if your like me and are not really big on PINK! I took everyones advice and didn't get the mobile. Instead Babies R Us has a new Fish mobile with Remote that is perfect. My only complaint is that everything is so expensive if you have to buy it separatley. If your on a budget I recommend getting the set and then extra crib sheets (solid colors) at local stores, a coordinating remote controlled mobile, and plain solid color lamp. I did and the nursery is adorable. You don't have to have all the accessories for the perfect decor.

This is a wonderful nursery set and worth every penny. I have the entire collection for my son's room except for the switch plates (I have dimmers and the switch plate is for a single switch) and the drapes (exclusive Babies'R'Us item available by special order only--my windows were too big). My favorite items are the quilt, the fleece embroidered baby blanket, and the rug. Don't pass up on the rug--it is beautiful, soft, and washes well--I got 2. I painted the walls a soft melon/peach which really makes the colors of the bedding and accessories pop. Purple, navy, and yellow are also great accent colors if you are going all out like I did. The baby blue closet organizer, door hanging pocket organizer, folding bin, and hamper are also great with this look--though I wished I seen the Kidsline Ocean Wonders embroidered hamper first instead. I also mixed in other accessories from Kidsline's Ocean Wonders set available at Baby Depot (order from the Burlington Coat Factory/Baby Depot's website)--like the wall hangings which are different from the Sea Life set and the pillows which aren't available in the Sea Life theme. The colors are the same but there is no gingham and the sea creatures are different. I also recommend the Sea Life toddler bedding ensemble that goes with the nursery set--I haven't used mine yet, but it is precious too. The terry-cloth contoured changing pad covers in Blue and in Lavender on this website match the colors of the nursery set too. If you are doing this room right now (2006) check out Target's Teen Room Collection--I got some great inexpensive shelving, wall hooks, and wall cubes for Connor's books and toys that are in the exact colors of this nursery theme. Also, Fisher-Price's Ocean Wonders toy looks great with the Sea life set too (another item worth the money--my Connor never cries at night anymore but if he wants me, he just hits the button and turns on the music--cute!). My 5-month old son loves to do tummy time on his Sea Life quilt and pat the fish and octopus. He also talks to and touches the creatures on the bumper. Again, great set and worth the money.

My husband and I FELL IN LOVE with this crib set. Originally, we weren't even planning on buying a crib set - just the items we needed but when we saw this in person, we knew it had to be ours! We love the caribbean and have family there so it seemed like a perfect theme for us. The quality is excellent, the colors are bright but combined perfectly with pastels so it is something that can last through the toddler stage. Pier One also has some bright and fun colored sea creature pillows that are great to lay around on for the babies room - excellent for play time or reading in the future and they go just great with this theme. Check 'em out! :)

My husband and I fell in love with this set before we even conceived! We saw it in the store before it was available online. My husband actually decided to buy it while browsing at Babies R Us. We decided to do an ocean theme room, but didn't want the bright, bold colors that other ocean theme sets came in. This set is perfect because it is all in pastel. We are not sure if we are having a boy or girl. If it's a girl we will add pink accents in the room and if it's a boy, it's fine the way it is. The mobile doesn't play as long as others though. Everyone who sees the bedding thinks it's just the cutest thing! Best of all, it can be used in a tot room!

I saw this set at Babies R Us when I first found out I was pregnant and I fell in love with it. It looks amazing in the baby's room. The colors are great for a boy or a girl. It also washed up very nicely. At first I thought the set was too expensive, but now I believe that it is well worth the money for the quality of the set. I also picked up the plush sea animals that pier one was selling, and they look great with the set as well. I highly recommend this set.

We registered for everything that goes with this set and the bedding. We painted our walls yellow. The room looks adorable! Although the set and accesories were expensive, they were well worth the money. My baby loves to lay in the crib and "talk" to the animals on the crib bumper. I did not get the mobile that matches though. We got the ocean wonders one instead and it matches nicely.

This set is so much cuter in person then online. The pictures on the computer just don't do it justice. My husband and I both wanted this as soon as we saw it in the store. It's perfect for our son and if we have a daughter next, we don't have to worry about changing the nursery. Like a few other reviewers we got all the Ocean Wonders items to go along with the underwater theme and couldn't be happier!

I picked out this crib set for my daughter. I was not a fan of the real "girly" crib sets that were out there for girls, so when I saw this, I fell in love with it.

I already had tropical fish and those types of things around my house, so this fit in perfectly. I got the Fisher Price Ocean Wonders stuff to go with it. It is also very simple to find other tropical fish and sea creature items to match it, even if it isn't from Kidsline.

It is a little pricey, but I think that it would be worth it. I have the comforter hanging on the wall in her room since you really can't use a comforter with a baby due to SIDS. I didn't buy any of the additional Sea Life sheets though, because I found that a solid baby blue crib sheet looked just as cute in there. A lot cheaper too.

Being scuba divers, we saw this and knew immediately this is what we wanted for our nursery. We don't know if it's a boy or girl, but it works great for either. A big thanks to the reviewer who mentioned the pier 1 stuffed underwater creatures. They are perfect and were 75% off (so go get them quick) We have received lots of compliments on the crib set and the whole theme. There are so many colors in it to work with it makes it great for boy or girl.

all of the ocean friends on this theme are very cute! I picked this out for my little girl due 12-31-04. My favorite color is pink, so you would think I would do the little girl color pink as the main theme. nope this was way to cute to pass up, and there are many things that match with this theme and colors.. & ITS NOT JUST FOR BOYS!!!
