My wife and I tried the Wild Coho and Pink smoked salmon and found them nearly inedible. Both varieties are extremely dry and have a very unpleasant, inherent flavor (possibly from the preservatives) that overrides even the tastiest of sauces.

I threw away the Pink Salmon without even opening the package.
