terrible company,

this company is terrible in my opinion...i needed to return the item, i had to get a ra number first, then when i returned it they said they would not return my money because i had opened the package???...well, i had to open the package to find out if it would fit on my boat or not..i tried explaning that, but they know you have to open the package..the mistake i made..i took for granite they would refund my money, and order another kind in hopes that it would fit my boat..it did, and im happy with the merchandise, i just wish i would have waited, and gave my business to someone else..i will never buy from them again..
