I ordered this to replace a 40 gig hard drive that was getting too old, the package came one or two days earlier than the estimated delivery date and came very well packaged and with no instructions. The hard dive came un-formatted which was expected. I used clonezilla the clone it, replaced it with the old one and presto, its been working well the few weeks iv had it. The hard drive is being used in a 32bit windows xp machine.
pros: was the cheapest ide large capacity hard drive i could find on amazon at the time and was the same speed and cache as my old one. fast delivery with standard shipping. cons: none so far

My first drive arrived damaged. I sent it back to the company and they sent me a "repaired" drive. It last 2 months before it too died. BEWARE! This drive is junk. You've been warned.
