Repeatedly gives CRC (cyclical redundancy check) error when moving several files to drive.

I was looking for a small drive, which had plenty of GB, but was not too bulky. The smaller (stick) flash drives are so small, I'd lose them. This one fits the bill. Pink makes it perfectly cute too!

I've read some of the other reviews on the 5GB Seagate pocket drive, and some have said that their drive did not last that long... so let us see. I shall write an update should I have any issues! However, so far, so good!

I got this item a long time ago and love it. The size is perfect (about as big around as, but a bit thinner than a hockey puck), color is great, charity is absolutely worthy and it is so easy to quickly put away when you are done. Everybody asks me where I got it and I know they could sell a lot more if they got them in stock. Of course maybe make the new ones with more memory.

Whoa - I paid $29.99 on Amazon when I bought this in April. It was so inexpensive that I bought several. That said, something awful has happened to the price. While I like this little drive, your money is better spent on a non-moving flash drive until this item falls in price again. This weird pricing is certainly a mystery....

It's a very portable hard drive at a fantastic price. Remember, it's a micro-drive so you can't throw it around like the flash drives so treat it a little more gently. It fits neatly in a small pocket in my bag and is always USB 2.0 ready to roll. If you don't have Partition Magic or similar partition software, the supplied Seagate softward does the trick. When Seagate's software formats the drive, it automatically parks a zipped version of the software on the drive for portability. It might be an annoyance to some, for others it's a nice bonus when dealing with older laptops still using USB 1.1. I've had no issues with this drive, and at this price I bought several.

I mainly got this to tote files back and forth to work. It is just perfect for my needs. It was so useful my husband had to have one. We now have several and back up our files on them also

I bought this drive for my personal use after having such a great experience with the black version Seagate 6GB Pocket Drive USB 2.0 External Hard Drive ( ST660211URK ) at work. I am a teacher and use them both to pass from student to student (7th graders - notorious for tearing things up) to store projects and assignments. I've used them for over a year with no problems. They work great on Macs; never used them on with a PC, though.

Originally bought this item for my wife and she never used it because she thinks its too bulky - so I'm using it. You will notice that transfer and access times are a tad bit slower the most flash drives. The build quality is great, but this thing does feel a little bulky when in your shirt pocket. Over all this drive is a great bargain. My only problem is that this thing is pink - the guys at work get a big kick out of that.

The Seagate Susan G. Komen 6GB drive serves as a reliable storage device for my email and important documents. Paired with a more permanent storage solution, I find this drive quite useful.

My pocket drive arrived very quickly... exactly as stated. I have used it a few times and it has worked perfectly. Like the small design and durability. We also have a gray one in the house...so it was nice to get a different color, so we don't accidentally pick up the wrong one.
