3.0 out of 5 stars Nice product but..., September 22, 2010

Good quality line but didn't like fishing it in a strong current. Braid is better for what I do. I gave this a shot on someone else's suggestion. I could see how some people like it.

1.0 out of 5 stars Don't waste your money, JUNK!, June 19, 2011

I have been fishing all my life and I decided to finally try fluorocarbon line. Since I needed it the next morning, I went to the local sporting goods store and I purchased Seaguar Invizx. It just so happened to be the most expensive line on the shelve and I figured you get what you pay for. (Boy was I wrong!) I spooled the Seaguar Invizx 8 lb onto my baitcaster and I went to a local lake. I did not catch any fish with the line nor did I get snagged up on anything while using the line. I was real disappointed with the failures with the line. After fishing for a couple of hours on the boat, I started casting from the shore. After approximately 20 or so casts, the line separated. Notice I used the word "separated" and not "broke". I had casted a 1/2 ounce lure about 25-30 feet or so and about the time I started to place my thumb on the spool to prevent a backlash, the line separated. The line was free on the spool, no tangles or knots. I walked about 5 feet into the water to grab the line in order to retrieve my lure. I tied the lure back to the rest of the line on the spool and continued to cast. About 10 cast later I got separation again! This time it happened just before I put my thumb on the spool and that lure was now gone! I decided I was done with this garbage line and proceeded to remove it from the baitcaster. While taking the line off, I came across yet another separation!! It was coming off effortlessly; not like I caused any trauma to the line by yanking on it before the separation. I WILL NEVER EVER BUY ANYTHING MADE BY SEAGUAR AGAIN!! Do yourself a favor and save your money and aggravation and buy something else; unless of course you have money to throw away and you like to be aggravated. PS, I never posted a review on anything, but this line is so bad I just had to do it.

This is the worst line I have ever used-- Stripped it off after 1 day and replaced with Trilene. Dont buy this stuff-- Way not worth the money. Two others had bought this junk and stripped it off as well
