Like a 1980's VCR Manual,

Filled with typographical and spelling errors.
Written in as dry a manner as any document ever written. It was like reading a 1980's VCR manual translated from Mandarin by a Taiwanese engineer. That said, I will heartily agree that it is a good source of information on the subject of sniping, ... if you are a SEAL Team member.
