I am very pleased with the balls considering that it was fairly cheap for the quantity and variety of balls received. Some things that I noticed from the reviews and information given was that there were a few unanswered questions I had regarding these balls. Hopefully this review can help to answer a few of them.
The product description showed that there were 6 bags of different colors as well as two "assorted balls". This is actually incorrect as what I received was 1 bag of the following colors: Orange, Red, Green, Yellow, Black, Purple, Blue, and Pink. Definitely a pleasant surprise considering I was expecting only 6 colors but ended up with 8. I bought multiple sets and each one had these 8 colors rather than 6. Each bag of individual colors had a little over 100 balls in them, so it came out to approximately 900 balls in total.
I made the mistake on my first batch of just mixing the 8 colors together in a bag but I quickly realized that the purple and black balls were nearly impossible to tell apart from each other while dry and bead sized. Oh well.
As for when they grew up, it was exactly what I had hoped for. The tiny bead size grew into marble sized balls in approximately 2-3 hours. The ball sizes were not completely uniform in size and varied by up to perhaps 1/8 of an inch, though most were quite close to each other in size. This was a non-issue for me as I used it to spark interest and thinking in students. There was no color bleeding out with the balls and they grew up very evenly colored within the ball itself.
Definitely would purchase again if I needed more.

I bought this for my 5 year old daughter because she really wanted Orbeez and I thought the prices were outrageous. She has not stopped playing with these for hours! She loves to watch them grow, then when they are "adults" according to her, they can be used for hand massages and just to play with. It is funny how the simple things keep them busy for the longest amount of time. I put the adults in a tupperware for her and life is very very good for one little girl right now!
I am very happy with this seller because the product came quickly and in good shape. The color of the balls is very nice and they worked great when expanding them. We had a few broken ones, and they went right in the houseplant pots here in the house, but overall, most were in good shape. I ordered some more of these from a different seller on amazon just to get a wider range of color and I regret it. They are 3 days late so far arriving and I don't think I will get them in time for Christmas. This company ships fast and you can't go wrong with their product.
