Bryan Jameison is a talented and experienced past life regressionist. He details many of the experiences of people who came to him for past life regressions and tells us how the experience helped those people heal. Apparently we carry over emotions and even physical feelings from trauma in past lives. A person can obtain healing of many problems, both emotional and physical, by revisiting past lives and releasing trauma and unwanted feelings. This is an easy to read book by an author both knowledgeable and humorous. I've read dozens of books about past lives and this is one of the best!

OK, I was a skeptic....,

This review is from: Adventures in Reincarnation : Exploring Past Lives & Healing The Soul Through Non-Hypnotic Regression (Paperback)
My husband had experienced past-life regression therapy years ago via hypnosis, then Bryan's book was recommended to us by a friend. We found it informative, interesting and a fast read. I then made the decision to be regressed by Bryan to work on some phobias affecting me in this lifetime, and was amazed how long (many lives) I'd been carting these experiences around! Once faced and released, they are GONE and my life is freer because of Bryan and his non-hypnotic method. I recommend the book (which is not a "self-help" book) to anyone who wonders about the possibility of past lives, or has curiosity about healing and moving forward. It helps to answer a lot of questions, and provides insight into this fascinating topic!

Sex, drama, murder, mystery, betrayal, true love revealed as,
By Teresa Fenison (Tucson, AZ) - See all my reviews
This review is from: Adventures in Reincarnation : Exploring Past Lives & Healing The Soul Through Non-Hypnotic Regression (Paperback)
With the precision of a spiritual surgeon, Bryan Jameison clearly lead me with his incredible non-hypnotic regression technique through real life stories of the past. During this extraordinary process his clients found themselves face to face with their own haunting demons and ultimately freed from them. No longer burdened with emotional trauma they have rediscovered the true joy of participation in being completely present to this life, this moment. To have the opportunity to read in detail the traumas and events that have created debilitating side effects for clients in this life was amazing. Even more so was the final outcome in each individual's life afterward. There was more intrigue, sexuality, subterfuge, betrayal, murder and mystery than any fiction I've ever read and these are real life accounts! If ever I had a question as to what my own motivations were in choices I've made, this certainly adds a new twist. Bryan Jameison's style of regression is one of those unusual and effective techniqes I've come across. Read this book and I'm certain what you read will change your outlook on the very life you are living. Mr. Jameison is truly a spiritual master.

How do I do non-hypnotic regression? You won't find out here,
By Henry "henrynelson" (Teaneck, NJ USA) - See all my reviews
This review is from: Adventures in Reincarnation : Exploring Past Lives & Healing The Soul Through Non-Hypnotic Regression (Paperback)
Like many, many other books about past-life regression, this book has fascinating stories and anecdotes on reincarnation. It also offers a spiritual outlook on understanding reincanation and or karma. However, there is not one word on techniques or how non-hypnotic regression is actually experienced. (if you are interested in this approach more experientially look for the writings of Morris Netherton). I find this the only major lack in this generally well written book.

Extraordinary, must read!,

A ground breaking book that clearly shows how many of the decisions we make today come back to us tomorrow or the next life or the next etc. Bryan, with his tremendous experience and wisdom, brings the point home with many, many fascinating regression accounts of souls who have journeyed far and wide. Souls who for reasons of their own have passed judgments against themselves which they live out in numerous incarnations. Hauntingly familiar it posses the question, "If I am the creator of my life - then just what am I creating and why?" We clearly see that the decisions we make become our own purgatory or not. The question is what will we do about it? Certainly Bryan poses an incredible solution and that is to go into that life and let it go. This is not a how to book, nor is it presented as such. It is more of a documentary of the life of souls and how the decisions we make shape it now and in the future, and of course how we have shaped our now in our past. I highly recommend this book to any reader if even for the fascinating stories but I would particularly recommend it to those that wish assume the rightful title of author of their life, for this book clearly shows that we are whether we know it or not. Extraordinary, must read! Thanks Mr. Jameison.

I was lucky enough to meet Bryan in person, twice in fact. His book had an effect on everyone who reads it. Now that he's passed into spirit, I want people to know what an exceptional author and person he really was. He genuinely cared about people, and his writing shows it. Because of his book, he cured my husband of a life-long problem with night-terrors through past life regression. Something modern medicine couldn't begin to do. We will miss him, but his writing lives on. He was (is), a wonder soul, who clearly deserves recognition.

Fascinating, Humorous and Educational...,

This review is from: Adventures in Reincarnation : Exploring Past Lives & Healing The Soul Through Non-Hypnotic Regression (Paperback)
A fascinating, humorous and educational book, it was very difficult to put this one down. Bryan Jameison shares his life work and case histories as a past-life regressionist with us as if we were good friends talking over coffee. In reading the case histories, we can feel just how much more this life is, than what our ordinary minds experience. Anyone who has asked the question `why' about life events, or ways in which they react to life events should read this book. Bryan Jameison shares his insights about life in a real and gentle manner that is obviously gained from a life rich with personal experience. A chapter near the end of the book gives us information on how our decisions have lasting effects in our lives and how making more conscious decisions can bring us our truest desires. Adventures In Reincarnation stands alone as a fascinating read for anyone interested in past lives. More importantly though, I found this book to be an encouragment to live my current life with authenticity and clarity so as not to carry alot of `stuff' into my next life...an advantage that earlier `generations' did not have without the brilliant research and exposure of past-life experiences as shared by Bryan in this ground breaking book.

"Believe" in it or not-- still a great book!,

This review is from: Adventures in Reincarnation : Exploring Past Lives & Healing The Soul Through Non-Hypnotic Regression (Paperback)
This book is about the experiences of the author, during his career as a past-life regression therapist. As he says, you don't have to "believe" in past lives/reincarnation, but still can derive benefits from the experience of a session with an experienced therapist. He goes into detail why he believes a non-hypnotic approach is preferable to a hypnotic one (which he considers dangerous), and why it should not be a "do it yourself" project, nor an "amateur" one, anymore than brain surgery should be; despite his experience, even he does not regress himself. The case histories presented are compelling, whether you consider them fact or fiction. He does, however, point out that most of these are the "exceptions" to the very mundane, even "boring", life stories that make up the vast majority of the 10,000+ regressions that he, personally, has done. At the back of the book, he lists and answers some of the common questions on reincarnation and past life therapy, that he gets at lectures and workshops he presents.

Beyond Interesting Reading,
By A Customer
This review is from: Adventures in Reincarnation : Exploring Past Lives & Healing The Soul Through Non-Hypnotic Regression (Paperback)
On one level, this book easily falls into the category of "couldn't put it down". The writing style and the interest generated by each chapter makes one feel like the events are being described by a friend sitting across the table. The Q&A chapter continues with this same writing style. Each chapter contains accounts and experiences in the context of common "ailments" carried around by us humans. This book is great for its entertainment value if nothing else. But unlike many other books, this book can provide the reader with new avenues of self-exploration. This book grabs your attention as you read but never actually releases it. Although you'll eventually put this book down, the possibilities it presents will probably never completely leave your mind. This book's presentation and discussion of societies most controversial subjects are bound to jar even the most skeptical and closed minds. Before you realize you're going to read this book a second and third time, you're going to stop and read it more slowly and carefully the first time.

There is no Death,
By A Customer
This review is from: Adventures in Reincarnation : Exploring Past Lives & Healing The Soul Through Non-Hypnotic Regression (Paperback)
Mr Jameison has regressed over 10,00 people into more than 30,000 past lives and makes it clear that as Spiritual Beings, no matter how terrible and frightening our past-life deaths may have been, we survive to live again and again. In the over 70 accounts of actual past lives included in the book, he also demonstrates that often times compulsions, phobias, physical deformaties such as a club foot and physical pain such as migraine headaches have definite connections to past lives. With his unique releasing process,he shows how people can rid themselves of these emotional problems. He also points out that some physical deformaties were chosen by the soul for protection from the same horrible death. Of corse these cannot be changed, but the person can gain understanding of why the deformity was chosen by the soul. It also becomes clear that we choose, for a variety of reasons, whatever situation we are in in this lifetime. He discusses Karma, suicide, murder, rape, child molestation. homosexuality, "walk-in" situations and even demonic possession just to name a few of the areas he covered. Although based on Mr.Jameison's research, I found this book easy to read and as thrilling as a non-fiction mystery novel. |
