Replaced a 18 ft Orange Ring Retriever and I enjoy the extra distance to get those balls that were just out of reach before. Great and durable product.

Broken golf ball retriever,

I can't rate the effectivness of the item. It was received broken. I returned the retriever and asked for a replacement. The replacment arrived and it too was broken.
In each instance, the packaging was insufficent to protect the product. I was not reimbursed the full expense of returning each item. Amazon calculates what they will pay for returns, but returning it the same way it was sent to me (United Parcel Service)cost me $4.00 more than the Amazon allowance. Amazon has refunded the purchase price.
