More About the Author

Nick Schklair (N B Schklair), the author of "In Search of the Silver Bullet: The Essential Guide to Funding, Founding and Operating a New Business in a Down Economy" and his latest, a comical business satire entitled, "The Low Road to Business Success: A How to Manual for those with Luck, Mediocre Talent & Intelligence" currently in eBook format:(https://www.smashwords.com/books/view/163939), soon into print are the latest books he's written. His blog can be found at http://www.businessunderbelly.com/bizopinions and his web site at:http://www.businessunderbelly.com/about.htm

Although, Nick has written over 140 articles of a serious and of course, a comic vein, Nick is interested in all forms of literature, including biographies, political discourse and US culture. He makes no claims to being a social commentator, but enthusiastically fails any test of political correctness. He's currently looking to taking "The Low Road to Business Success", into a form of comic performance art posing as serious discourse for release to the mass media.

Nick's credentials from business are excellent: a Graduate of Dartmouth's Tuck School (MBA), A graduate of St. John's University, NY economics (B.S.) and a USAF DOD certification at the US Air Force Institute of Technology, Cost Analysis when a commissioned officer. He lives in north Florida with his wife, cat and pug.

2 of 2 people found the following review helpful By Raymond Anthony on September 6, 2011
Format: Paperback
Mr. Schklair is a well-rounded business professional (with an MBA from Dartmouth) who has seen and done a lot in the world of business. His book is a terrific primer and reference for those thinking about starting their own business. Simple, quick and easy-to-read with both wise and street-wise advice and tips one greatly needs in these confusing, hope-sapping economic drought times. Buy and hang onto this book as you read and reread it for its nuggets of ideas that will help you get started on your own road to financial success.
