I will admit it, I wish I had written this book - because its exactly what I would want to say to may staff about being an effective member of our team. But come to think of it, I'm glad Tony Cooke wrote it - because he says it much better that I could and its always good for my staff to hear someone else say it. This is the perfect book to have your staff read and to give to all new staff members." - Nelson Searcy, Lead Pastor, The Journey Church New York City, founder www.ChurchLeaderInsights.com

This review is from: In Search of Timothy: Discovering and Developing Greatness in Church Staff and Volunteers (Paperback)
Primarily for church staff members and volunteers, but equally applicable to pastors, this book is a must read. Solidly based in scripture, personally challenging and edifying at the same time, this will help all church staff and volunteers realize the importance of their spiritual and mental alignment in regards to the mission of the local church. When we are brought into right relationship with each other, and our pastors, and understand our roles the power of the unity of Spirit is realized and released. Can be used (should be used) as a small group study as well. Fantastic insights.
