This book is awesome from the very first page. You know how to grab someone's attention and hold on to it. I really enjoyed this book. I started reading and could not put it down. Mia really endured some things and had a good and forgiving heart. Despite the hurts that her Mom and sister put her through, she with stood more than most of us would. Just when she finally found utopia, she was taken away.

I ordered this book directly from the author's website and was pleased at how quickly I received it. It's a very short book, but it is a very engrossing story. You can tell that the author is a beginner because I'm not sure if it was edited, but I think it was very creative and a very sweet story. I found myself really getting attached to the main character. I read the entire book in one sitting. I definitely recommend this book to anyone looking for a nice story to read. It does contain adult themes and language so be advised. Great story all around.

This book was truly marvelous. It is certainly an attention grabber and it keeps your attention the entire way through. I,too, read the entire novella in one sitting. This is a great story and ranks very high in my opinion. It is a must have!This new author will be another great author just like Terry McMillan, Mary Monroe, LaJill Hunt, and Zane. I am already anxiously awaiting her next book. She is certainly an extremely talented young writer and from viewing her website, I can already see her accomplishing some Tyler Perry type endeavors. If you haven't already purchased your copy, don't miss out and if you already have purchased your copy, buy one for a friend and don't allow them to miss out.

I was really blown away by this story. It wasn't like any story I've ever read before. I really got connected with the main character and her pursuit for happiness. It was also good to see how she was determined to make it in the entertainment business by being herself and not trying to be like other female artists in the business. I definitely recommend this book to all readers. This would be a very positive movie that all young people with a dream should see.
