Great Chicken!!,

For years I've collected cookbooks for a hobby, so my husband gave me a copy of "Seasoned with Love" for a Christmas gift. Recently I retired so I've begun to spend more time being creative in the kitchen. I tried the Pan Fried Chicken Breast (page 93) and it was a smash hit at the dinner table!! The chicken turned out crispy, yet flavorful and juicy. My family loved it! The recipe was quick, easy and healthy. After this, I started flipping through the book and noticed something that I don't see in a lot of my other books. In addition to listing the ingredients, this author also lists all of the cooking utensils needed to complete the recipe. I personally found that to be very helpful. This one is a keeper!

I Can't wait to start cooking some of these delicious scrumptions receipes. Some of my friends have tried several receipes and they can't wait for me to cook them.

Delicious and Practical Meals for Beginners and Experts Alike!,

Perhaps the greatest thing about this cookbook is that the recipes are completely uncomplicated. Dishes that I had previously thought were only available in restaurants are now instantly accessible to me! I have a really hectic schedule and generally don't have time to spend hours preparing meals; this cookbook has given me a quick, reliable way to prepare good food for the whole family. The seafood section is especially notable, with the Salmon and Shrimp Sauce recipe being my favorite. Yes, the price is a bit much, but I'd rather spend the money on one good cookbook with tons of recipes that I'll use, than on five or six separate cookbooks with only a few usable recipes each.
