I purchased this CD about six years ago after hearing it played in a museum store, where they told me it was the most requested music they sold. Stevan Pasero's Chamber Nouveau ensemble features a soft flamenco style with pan flutes, strings and keyboards. Chris Bock's percussion is a gentle accompaniment on this, by far the mellowest of Pasero's CD's. It never fails to soothe and relax the listener. I have played it while working, in a sickroom and as background at parties and found it enhances any setting, always eliciting inquiries-- "Who IS that? I must have it..." Great bathtub/candlelight music, too. Aptly titled selections include Dance of the Iguana, music to sway by; Road to Half Moon Bay, a melody of comfort; and Dolphin Diaries wherein you can actually hear the dolphins rise up and playfully burst out of the sparkling water, all through the seemingly effortless sound of Pasero's guitar. We never tire of this excellent CD.

I stumble upon this fabulous CD and artist while at a friend's place. He told me to play something and I am so glad that I chose this one. It's very soothing, calm and up lifting. Wonderful for relaxation, parties, wine appreciation, and any good settings looking for a complimenting music to good atmosphere. I can't sleep without playing. It is highly recommended! You won't regret.

Wow! This music is so beautiful. I had to buy a second one to put it on our office phone system as our hold music. Everyone in the office just loves listening to it. Thank Stevan for sharing this gift of music with the world.

I have had this CD for several years and it is still one of my favorites. After a trip to Yucatan a few years ago, when I went to put together a CD presentation of photographs, this was the CD I grabbed for my music bed. I just can't get enough of it.Seasons

Love this CD. Had the "Seasons" cassette in the early 90's and played it until it shredded to pieces. Heard something similar to "Tango de Luna" and "Song of the Turtle" just recently and it brought back a flood of memories, so I bought the CD via Amazon. I also have Pasero's guitar Christmas CD, but Seasons is one of my all-time favorites for the "red wine at dusk" happy hour. So glad it is still available to order and give as gifts to my friends.

I owned "Seasons" on a cassette tape purchased in 1993 and I wore it out. The second I found it on CD, I bought it. It is one of my favorite CD's of all. I love to listen to it as "background music" when I'm reading, praying, cooking or just relaxing. I love to listen to it when I'm driving. It instantly mellows and improves my mood no matter what kind of day I've had. I own several more recordings by Stevan Pasero, but this is my favorite.
